Pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan dan manajemen kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and the management of the madrasa head on teacher performance at MA Tanggamus. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers at MA Tanggamus. With a total of 24 teachers. The number of samples taken using probability sampling techniques was 24 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The assumption tests carried out are normality and linearity tests. Test the hypothesis using simple regression analysis. The results of this research conclude that: the leadership of the madrasah head has a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah teachers at MA Tanggamus as indicated by the F count of 113,342 with a significance of 0.577 > 0.420 and the magnitude of the influence of the headmaster's leadership on teacher performance is 18%.
