MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA SISWA DI MTS AL-HASAN BANJARSARI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

The results showed that: Implementation of library management MTs Al Hasan Banjarsari  apart from the aspects of planning can also be seen from the aspect of organization,   mobilization,   supervision,   empowerment,   motivation,   facilitative,   and evaluation.  From

the aspect  of  planning,  library SMPIT  Raudhatul  Cilegon  Jannah  has planned activities in organizing a library that includes budgeting, procurement of books, human resources. From organizing aspect, library MTs Al Hasan Banjarsari  already created an organizational structure with well, so as to expedite the performance of a library suitable job for example energy, services, and classifying books. From movement aspect, movement in the library management SMPIT Cilegon Raudhatul Jannah include: services, and the provision of infrastructure. From supervision aspect, supervision in library management MTs Al Hasan Banjarsari  intended to determine the effectiveness and efficiency  of  the  library,  in  addition  to  obtaining  beside  increasing  of  quality.    From motivation aspects, motivation in library management MTs Al Hasan Banjarsari  given that the library staff can provide services to library users with the best services. From facilitative aspect, facilitative in library management SMPIT Cilegon Raudhatul Jannah is as a support or a driving force in improving the performance of the library staff and the head perpustakaan. From  evaluation aspect, evaluation in library management MTs Al Hasan Banjarsari  taken to determine the extent  of implementation of the achieved library programs and of course to improve the service even better.
