MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at MTS. This research focuses on: (1) How the management process of educational facilities and infrastructure improves the quality of learning at MTs NW Dasan Tapen, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. (2). What are the obstacles to the process of managing educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at MTs NW Dasan Tapen, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach technique with descriptive methods. Therefore, this research is a qualitative descriptive research. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentaries. And for data that looks bright, categorization is made using a coding system. The results of the research show that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management still needs to be improved so that it is more optimal so that this will really support the quality of learning in the Madrasah. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for schools and related stakeholders to improve the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in order to optimize the quality of learning at MTs. NW Dasan Tapen.
