This research aims to analyze human resource management (HR) applied to educators and education staff at SMPN 15 Mesuji. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research respondents consisted of educators and education staff who were directly involved in educational activities at SMPN 15 Mesuji. The research results show that human resource management applied to educators and education staff at SMPN 15 Mesuji still faces several challenges. Several aspects of HR management, such as recruitment, selection, development and performance assessment, need to be improved to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of education in the school. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the development of HR management policies in schools and provide guidance for decision makers in improving the quality of education at SMPN 15 Mesuji and other schools. Further research can be carried out to deepen understanding of the factors that influence the effectiveness of HR management in these schools.
