This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of madrasa-based management in improving the quality of moral teachings at MTs Negeri 2 Lampung Selatan during the 2023/2024 academic year. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation studies. The respondents of this research were teachers and students of MTs Negeri 2 Lampung Selatan who were directly involved in the process of learning moral beliefs. The results of the research show that the implementation of madrasa-based management has made a significant contribution to improving the quality of moral teachings. Factors such as targeted learning planning, effective use of resources, close supervision, and continuous evaluation have increased student participation and achievement in learning moral beliefs. These findings illustrate the importance of implementing madrasa-based management in the context of Islamic education to increase learning effectiveness and achieve broader educational goals. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen madrasa-based management in Islamic education institutions to ensure sustainable learning quality and fulfill the mission of holistic Islamic education.
