MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AL FURQON KOTA PRABUMULIH SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality, aspects of physical evidence, aspects of empathy and aspects of the reliability of educational services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Furqon, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. This research uses a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is a descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This participant observation technique was carried out to observe the geographical location in the form of location plans and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of the Al Furqon madrasah school in Prabhumuli, South Sumatra province. Interviews were conducted to understand the quality of educational services, physical evidence, empathy and reliability. Based on the results of the explanation described above, the quality of service in terms of physical evidence (type) of Mts Al Furqon is that it has adequate physical conditions, the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support learning, and the quality of service in terms of empathy (empathy) is good. This can be interpreted as an aspect of service regarding the ability and reliability of school principals, teachers and staff in communicating with students and parents, such as providing attention to students whose academic abilities have not yet reached the KKM by providing additional learning after the learning period. (Reliability) Service quality consistent with customer expectations, such as competent teachers and supportive teacher training.
