Abstract

Principal supervision planning is carried out in an organized, methodical and continuous manner. At this stage the principal carries out the task of identifying the teacher to be observed, arranging the observation time, creating an observation grid, and deciding whether or not the teacher is aware of the observations made in the classroom. At the follow-up stage, the school principal and Islamic religious education teacher jointly review the supervision findings. They discuss the teacher's weaknesses with the aim of improving them in the future. Islamic religious education teachers perform well in the learning process. This can be seen in the process of making lesson plans which are prepared in accordance with the standards outlined in the teacher performance standards. When lesson plans are put into practice, teachers are able to manage the class and materials effectively. They can also adapt their teaching strategies by utilizing learning resources and allowing students to participate in question and answer sessions. Furthermore, the instructor can assess the test by asking multiple choice questions at the end of the Islamic education lesson.
