The success of an organization, including educational institutions in the environmental sector, which is competitive cannot be separated from the school's research capacity, knowing and responding to needs and providing good services, especially in the process of effective learning. Commitment to service for education users (students) This is an important strategy for institutions to obtain good quality education because it is service to students that provides answers to evaluations of educational institutions. Researchers then have to conduct research related to learning process services in Ma Al Furqon, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. and efforts in the general formulation of this research problem are as follows: how to plan, organize, implement and supervise the management of the Deputy Director for Student Affairs in improving learning process services at Ma Al Furqon, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. Huwi. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. In this research, the researcher acts as a key tool that complements other supporting tools such as interview guides, observation guides, and audio and video recording tools. Researchers who conducted research in Ma Al Furqon, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra, Huwi, who were the subjects or sources of data in this research, were field teachers, student affairs officers and madrasa heads. Data collection techniques in this research consist of interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique includes four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The research results show that student management planning is prepared in accordance with the school's capacity and meets student needs and the needs of the times.
