KEPEMIMPINAN PIMPINAN PONDOK BERDASARKAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL (EQ) DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH ALIYAH AL FURQON KOTA PRABUMULIH SUMATERA SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022-2024

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is a point of view that is able to analyze the leadership of a foundation chairman. This has a positive impact on the sustainability of the organization's foundation. Therefore, researchers tried to analyze teacher leadership at Madrasah Aliyah Al Furqon Education, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra with a focus from the perspective of emotional intelligence. This research is a qualitative study that describes teacher leadership at Madrasah Aliyah Al Furqon Education, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra and analyzes the perspective of emotional intelligence. The research was conducted using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Testing the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques, where in this research the focus is on the source of the triangulation technique. The source is all citizens, starting from the foundation of good advice, the environment, the people around them. This source will contain data about teacher leadership at Madrasah Aliyah Al Furqon Education, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. based on emotional intelligence. The research findings show that the administrators of the Al-Muhsin Islamic College in Madrasah Aliyah Al Furqon Kota Prabumulih Sumatera Selatan show good leadership from an emotional intelligence perspective. The results of the analysis show that the chairman of the foundation carries out primary leadership very well. This is demonstrated by triangulation of data and sources. The President of the Foundation has good self-awareness and self-management, good social awareness and good relationship management.
