UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU KEGIATAN BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI SMA PLUS MUHAMMADIYAH NATAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

This research aims to examine the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education at the SMA Plus Muhammadiyah Natar school. The subject of this research was SMA Plus Muhammadiyah Natar. The research instruments used were interviews, documentation and observation, using a qualitative approach which was explained descriptively. Based on the research results, the researcher concluded that the principal at SMA Plus Muhammadiyah Natar made serious efforts to improve the quality of his school. Efforts to improve the quality of teachers at SMA Plus Muhammadiyah Natar include providing permission and motivation to attend training and seminars.
