EFEKTIVITAS PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBANGUN IKLIM KERJA ORGANISASI

Abstract

This scientific article aims to investigate, explain and analyze the school organizational climate as an effort to improve teacher performance, emphasizing the important role of school principals in this process. The writing method used is literature study with a conceptual research approach related to related ideas and theories. In this research, the literature used is divided into two categories, namely 10 national journals and 10 international journals. The stages in writing a literature study include topic selection, literature search, opinion development, literature survey, literature criticism, and writing a review. The analysis was carried out using the content analysis method. The results of the literature study show that the role of the principal is very important in establishing a good and conducive organizational climate in the school. The principal's efforts, such as providing motivation and input to teachers, influence teacher morale and ability to solve problems. Work discipline is also an important factor that can increase teacher effectiveness in their work. Apart from that, a clear organizational structure and adequate education and training also contribute to improving teacher performance. Through these efforts, it is hoped that a good school organizational climate can be created, which in turn will improve teacher performance and the overall effectiveness of education in the school.
