IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA ORGANISASI DALAM MEMINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN DI SD IT ASH SHIDDIIQI KOTA JAMBI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the organizational culture implemented at the Ash Shiddiiqi IT Elementary School, Jambi City, (2) the administrative service system implemented at the Ash Shiddiiqi IT Elementary School, Jambi City, and (3) the impact of implementing organizational culture on improving educational services at the elementary school. IT Ash Shiddiiqi Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological, pedagogical, sociological and psychological approaches. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The research results show that the implementation of organizational culture at Ash Shiddiiqi IT Elementary School, Jambi City has been carried out well, especially in terms of implementing a culture of discipline and cooperation which refers to the values of social relations and good communication between the individuals involved. Efforts to improve administrative services at the Ash Shiddiiqi IT Elementary School in Jambi City have demonstrated their quality, including proving harmonious relationships between various parties, such as students, employees, teachers and school principals, which are reflected in structural and cultural cooperation. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that SD IT Ash Shiddiiqi Jambi City can improve the quality of its educational services while still paying attention to human values, as well as implementing effective and efficient strategies in implementing the organizational culture.
