Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of transformational leadership in managing conflict in madrasa education units, especially Kemala Bayangkari High School. The method used is field observation with a qualitative approach. The research results show that transformational leadership has an important role in handling conflict in educational institutions. Leaders function as mediators and facilitators, taking a neutral position to facilitate mediation, deliberation, negotiation, and various other methods to resolve conflicts without causing harm to both parties. They play a strategic role in creating an environment that supports peaceful and sustainable conflict resolution, which ultimately has a positive impact on unity and harmony within the Sekolah .
