MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONALITAS GURU DALAM MENINGKATAKAN EFEKTIFITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SMP NEGERI 1 KERINCI
Abstract
This research aims to find out how management develops professionalism and increases learning effectiveness. This research uses a qualitative design. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The Role of Teachers in Management of Teacher Professional Development in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Kerenci as a facilitator, the role of supervising teachers, the role of teacher motivators, the role of teacher organizers, the role of teachers as human resources, this of course produces positive results, namely the existence of Professional Development Management Teachers in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Kerenci Academic Year. The factors that influence the Management of Teacher Professional Development in Increasing the Effectiveness of Learning at SMP Negeri 1 Kerenci are as follows: Internal Factors, internal factors, namely factors that come from within the teacher himself, consisting of physiological factors and psychological factors, namely the lack of professionalism from in the teacher. External factors are factors that come from outside the student. These factors include family, school and student factors including family factors and school factors.
