MUTU LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
This research study aims to expand and develop the study of educational administration disciplines, especially regarding principal supervision, teacher teaching performance and educational quality. This research uses a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is descriptive research method. The results of the research show that the quality of service aspects of physical evidence (tangible) at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung has very adequate physical conditions. The quality of service aspect of empathy (empathy) has good service quality. The quality of service aspect of reliability means that the service quality is in line with customer expectations. The quality of service is a responsiveness aspect where the school, teachers and staff have a friendly and communicative attitude towards students and parents in responding to any input or criticism. Service quality assurance aspects of service quality can create trust and provide assurance to customers that the level of success of the learning process at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung and the output are quite satisfactory.
