Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of character education management at SDIT Permata Mulia. This study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation techniques. This participatory observation technique was carried out to observe the geographic location in the form of a location plan and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of SDIT Permata Mulia. Based on the results of the description that has been described that the implementation of character education in the development of interests, attitudes and positive behavior of students at SDIT Permata Mulia, Competence in preparing lesson plans, Competence in describing the curriculum, Competence in conducting evaluations. Constraints in developing students' interests, attitudes, and positive behavior Low madrasah interest, Lack of learning resources, Low student learning motivation, Lack of religious facilities.
