Abstract

The supervisory activities of the head of the Madrasah at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA  are carried out in a planned and sustainable manner so that the aim is to improve teacher performance in learning. Even though the teacher's performance was good before the supervision was held, it was not yet optimal. The problem in this research is to examine the implementation of supervision carried out by the head of the Madrasah and teacher performance in learning at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA . The problems of this research are 1) how is the implementation of supervision by the Head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA ?, 2) What are the Head of Madrasas doing in improving the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA  2023/2024?, and 3) what are the obstacles to the Head of Madrasah in improving the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA  2023 /2024?.

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the supervision of the Head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance at SDI MAFAZA JAKARTA . This study used a qualitative method of inductive data analysis, directing the research objectives to find theories, more concerned with process than results, choosing a set of criteria to write the validity of the data, the research design is provisional and the research results are agreed upon by the research subjects

          Teachers have good performance in the learning process, this can be seen from the process of preparing lesson plans that are arranged according to the criteria specified in teacher performance standards, at the implementation stage of learning the teacher is able to master the material well, then the teacher is able to vary teaching methods and use media learning and provide opportunities for students to evaluate tests with questions and answers.
