ANALISIS KINERJA GURU SMAS AL KAHFI ISLAMIC SCHOOL TAMAN BALOI BATAM
Abstract
The world of education is being shaken by various changes in accordance with the demands and needs of society, and is being challenged to be able to answer various local problems and global changes that are occurring very rapidly. Teachers are one of the human resources in schools. Teacher performance in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. Performance issues are in the spotlight of various parties, government performance will be felt by the community and teacher performance will be felt by students or parents. Teacher performance is also seen from a teacher's ability to carry out their duties at school and describes the actions displayed by the teacher while carrying out learning activities in the classroom. Teacher performance can be measured through the indicators listed in each area of expertise which include pedagogical, personality, social and professional fields. The performance of SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Taman Baloi Batam can be said to be good, even with all the limitations of human resources in terms of quantity. , but the quality is quite good. This is shown by the educational qualifications of the teachers who teach SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Taman Baloi Batam, all of whom are graduates, there are even four teachers who have master's qualifications.
