IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT, SIKAP DAN PRILAKU POSITIF SISWA

Abstract

Character education is carried out to teach children to take statements elegantly and to carry out practices in everyday life, so that, they can make a positive contribution in the process. There is a value of character education given to children such as universality for religion ( Islam), habits, good morals, and then written into the curriculum and activities for children at school. This research uses a qualitative approach technique with descriptive methods. Therefore, this research is a qualitative descriptive research. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentaries. Efforts made to overcome obstacles to developing interests, attitudes and positive behavior of Trisakti Baturaja High School students are by intensifying community discipline. Discipline is a factor that supports success in improving the quality of education, providing learning facilities and infrastructure
