Abstract

Public services in the education sector are still homework that has not been completed in Indonesia. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System mandates that national education must be able to guarantee equal distribution of educational opportunities and improve the quality and relevance of education to face the challenges of changes in local and national life. , and global. Improving the quality of public services is the right strategy for planning to solve public service problems by improving the performance of government agencies, the human resource capacity of the apparatus by improving education and training. The target is to provide public services that are accurate, fast, free of charge, and satisfy the public as consumers. Services are basically provided on the basis of convenience between service providers and recipients of public services. Service standards really need to be maintained by service providers, and must be known by service recipients.
