MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN DI SMA IT KHAZANA KEBAJIKAN PALEMBANG

Abstract

Cost is one of the important factors that affect the implementation of education. Education of strategic value will not work without adequate cost support. Viewed from an economic point of view, there are no educational activities without cost. This study aims to find out how the implementation of financing management and infrastructure in improving the quality of graduates at SMA IT Khazana benevolence palembang. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of the study show that the implementation of financing management and infrastructure through the functions of financial planning (budgeting), implementation (accounting) and assessment (auditing) both in terms of content standard costs, process standards, graduation competency standards, standards for educators and education personnel, standards for infrastructure, management standards, financing standards and educational assessment standards at SMA IT Khazanah Kebajikan can improve the quality of its graduates. This means that the implementation of financing management can improve the quality of graduates at SMA IT Khazanah Kebajikan which can be seen from the increase in academic and non-academic achievements and all students graduated 100%.
