PENGARUH SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP AKTIVITAS GURU MENGAJAR MATA PELAJARAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN SIDOHARJO KECAMATAN JATI AGUNG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN

Abstract

In an educational institution both elementary and advanced levels, so that the teaching
and learning process can be achieved properly, it is necessary to have good control or
supervision. Supervision can be done directly. The principal is the highest position in a
school, therefore structurally the principal is in charge of all teaching staff including
administrative or administrative staff. The function of the principal as an educational
leader is to create a good learning situation in the classroom so that students can learn
well.
The problem that arises is the lack of activity in the activities of the teacher teaching
Class XI semester 2 subjects at the MA Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Sidoharjo school for the
2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was 1 principal and 21 subject
teachers. In collecting data the authors use questionnaires, observations, interviews and
documentation. As for the author's goal in this study is to determine the effect of the
supervision of the school principal on the activities of teachers teaching class XI
semester 2 at MA Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Sidoharjo Academic Year 2022/2023.
This was proven from the results of testing variable X on variable Y statistical test
product moment obtained r count of 0.458, then the value of r calculated table was
consulted with the product moment table at N = 21, it was obtained that the table was
0.413 for a significant level of 5% while a significant level of 1 % is 0.526 or .
.413>0.458<0.526. thus the r table shows quite significant.
