Abstract
This study aims to examine the implementation of learning evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Characteristics in the 2013 Curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Falah Sumber Agung. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data collected includes the process of learning evaluation, evaluation instruments, evaluation results, as well as the views of teachers and students on the evaluation. The results of the research show that Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Falah Sumber Agung has carried out a good evaluation of PAI and Characteristics learning. Teachers use the observation method to observe students' progress in understanding Islamic religion and applying ethical values. The evaluation instruments used include written tests, assignments, and participatory observation. The evaluation results show an increase in student understanding, application of ethical values, as well as the development of tolerance, empathy, and effective communication. In addition, teachers also analyze evaluation results and use the data to make improvements in the learning process. They collaborate between teachers in designing relevant and effective evaluation instruments. In addition, students and parents are also involved in learning evaluation through interviews and feedback provided.
