IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN MATA PELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK
Abstract
In this study the problem raised was to find out "Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning the Aqidah Akhlak Subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fatah Sindang Anom, Sekampung Udik District, East Lampung Regency. This type of research is evaluation research using qualitative research methods. According to Sugiyono, evaluation research is research that aims to compare an event, activity and product with established standards and programs, so that evaluation research functions to explain phenomena. Based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation on "Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in Efforts to Improve the Quality of Learning Akidah Akhlak Subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fatah Sindang Anom, Sekampung Udik District, East Lampung Regency at the planning stage is quite good. In general, the implementation of madrasah-based management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Fatah Sindang Anom has been going well. The driving factors include: Experienced madrasa heads, teacher academic qualifications in accordance with the subjects taught, and teachers who already have professional skills. The inhibiting factor is still bureaucratic interference in the evaluation process at Madrasah.
