Abstract

This study aims to identify and reveal the Implementation  of  Character Education Management  in  Developing  Interests, Positive   Attitudes   and   Behaviors   of   Students   at   SMP   Muhammadiyah   1 Kotaagung. This research is a descriptive qualitative research focused on field research, while the object of this research is the Implementation of Character Education Management in Developing Interests, Positive Attitudes and Behaviors of Students at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kotaagung, Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using  various  stages  of  analysis  such  as  data  reduction,  data  presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the study show that: Implementation of character education in developing students' interests, attitudes and positive behavior in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kotaagung are: a) Competence in terms of preparing lesson plans. b) Competence in describing the curriculum. c) Competence in conducting evaluations.
