IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS MTSN 2 WAY KANAN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of educators. To answer the research problem, qualitative research is used. Data collection techniques in this study include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. Then tested the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and research techniques. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the implementation planning strategy at MTsN 2 Way Kanan, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency is good, covering the Implementation of Strategic Planning at MTsN 2 Way Kanan, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency . In the planning step the school principal takes several steps, namely strategic planning planning, strategic planning implementation, and strategic planning evaluation. The school principal takes several planning steps, namely forming a special team as the initiator of making a strategic plan from various qualified resources, dividing groups with their respective tasks; identify and review various laws and regulations and madrasah policies regarding improving the quality of educators; creating the madrasah vision, mission, and values; analyze SWOT by identifying strengths, weaknesses, strengths, and threats in MTsN 2 Way Kanan, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan Regency according to the actual conditions that exist in madrasas
