MENEJEMEN PONDOK PESANTREN DALAM MENDISIPLINKAN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN

Abstract

Research is carried out due to consideration in the limitations of the researcher, the research subject Namely the leader, Staff and Studens of Darul Qur'an At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The research method used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The research approach in this study is descriptive. This study has no hypothesis, because this research is not shown to test the hypothesis that has been formulated to be rejected or accepted, but is emphasized on data collection to describe the actual conditions in the field. Based on the results of the study: (1) Planning in Discipline Education Santri plans regulations that must be implemented, then convey to all students to be followed and obeyed. If it is not followed according to regulations, students who violate the regulation will get sanctions / punishment appropriately, to make students who are disciplined and responsible for what they do. And for supporting this discipline of students we have very adequate facilities / facilities. (2) Management of discipline has obeyed the rules set, management is carried out by compiling an educational calendar and adjusted every year by schools to regulate learning activities. The learning time setting refers to the contents standards and adjusted to the Darul Qur'an At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School calendar in Banyuasin, South Sumatra, the needs of students and the community, as well as the provisions of the government. (3) While obstacles obstacles in the management of discipline certainly exists, such as santri there are still violating regulations in the implementation of discipline. Thus the solution must be followed up starting from the arrangement of data, planning, organizing, implementing, up to supervision and assessment. Then management produces something that can be a source of improvement and improvement in the management of students' discipline.
