PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN KELAS TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH SISWA SMA MA’ARIF BUMI RESTU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether a teacher's ability to manage a class affects student learning achievement. The research was conducted at SMA Ma'arif Bumi Restu with a sample size of 25 respondents using a quantitative research approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire for class management and documentation for student learning achievement
The results of the Pearson correlation formula showed a significant positive correlation between class management (variable x) and student learning achievement (variable y). The obtained correlation coefficient (r count) was 0.798, which is greater than the critical value (r table) of 0.396, indicating a statistically significant relationship. The coefficient of determination (KD) of 0.64% indicates that 64% of the variance in student learning achievement can be attributed to class management, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors.
Based on the results, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of a teacher's ability to manage a class on student learning achievement.
