Tantangan dan Peluang Guru Profesional di Era Digital
Abstract
This study aims to identify challenges and opportunities faced by professional teachers in the use of technology in the learning process in the digital era, as well as find solutions that can help improve the quality of learning in the digital era. The research method used is a combination of literature studies, observation, interviews, and surveys. The results of the study show that the challenges faced by professional teachers include limited access and technology infrastructure, lack of technological skills, difficulties in motivating students, as well as data security and student privacy issues. However, there are also great opportunities in the use of technology in learning, such as the existence of various media that can enrich the learning process, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning, and enable students from all over the world to study together. The proposed solutions include improving technology skills and understanding of teachers' ethics and morals, expanding access and technology infrastructure, and motivating students by making use of attractive and interactive technologies. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution in improving the quality of learning in the digital era.
