IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS KINERJA GURU MENGAJAR MATA PELAJARAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH HIDAYATUL MUBTADI’IN JATI AGUNG
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the supervision of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance activities. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Jati Agung is well implemented and can be carried out by all teachers, this is evidenced by the existence of teacher discipline in teaching and learning activities and the quality or quality of the education produced. The teacher's activity teaching subjects is indeed running but there are still deficiencies that must be corrected by the teacher and principal so that the activities that have been planned can run as desired
