UPAYA GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

Teachers have a crucial role in enhancing students' interest and motivation to learn. Efforts made by teachers to improve students' interest and motivation to learn can come in the form of innovative and engaging learning strategies, appropriate use of technology, constructive feedback, and creation of a comfortable and conducive learning environment. This research aims to discuss various efforts that teachers can make to enhance students' interest and motivation to learn. Through literature review, it was found that teachers can use student-centered learning approaches, provide appropriate challenges, give positive reinforcement, and facilitate collaborative and explorative activities. Additionally, teachers can utilize educational technology such as interactive learning media, simulations, and educational games to enrich students' learning experience. Furthermore, teachers can provide constructive and supportive feedback and create a comfortable and conducive learning environment. It is expected that the findings from this research can provide insights for teachers in enhancing students' interest and motivation to learn.
