IMPLEMENTASI BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of counseling guidance in the development of students' morals. Counseling guidance is an effective way to help students understand good moral values and ethics, as well as to develop social and emotional skills that can positively influence their attitudes and behavior. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of counseling guidance in the development of students' morals and the factors that influence its success. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation of counseling guidance in the development of students' morals is effective in improving students' positive attitudes and behaviors as well as the quality of a conducive school environment. Factors that influence the success of the implementation of counseling guidance are support from all parties, including teachers, parents, and the school environment. Therefore, it can be concluded that counseling guidance can be an effective solution in helping to develop students' morals and needs to be supported by all parties to achieve optimal results.
