ETOS KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH SMAS AL KAHFI ISLAMIC SCHOOL BATAM (AIS) KEPULAUAN RIAU
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the school principal's ethos (a case study at SMAS AL Kahfi Islamic School Batam (AIS) Riau Islands). Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The procedure for data analysis went through 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation and m`ember check.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the findings are as follows: The increase in work ethic at SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Batam is also directly proportional to the improvement and progress at SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Batam in general, as is the case with the increasing number of students, the greater public interest in education at SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Batam and the surrounding community relations which are also increasingly harmonious with the SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Batam environment. Preventive steps towards improving work ethics at SMAS Al Kahfi Islamic School Batam, are very diverse. This shows that the efforts of the principal in influencing, inviting and stimulating all school stakeholders towards improving the quality of work are very maximal.
