MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MAN 1 METRO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

Educational process leadership is a style or style to influence another person or group of people to exert a joint effort to achieve the set educational goals. The purpose of this study is to find out how the leadership and implementation of the leadership of the madrasa head improve the performance of MAN 1 Metro teachers?" This study uses a qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this study were the head of madrasah, representatives and teachers of MAN 1 Metro, while the research supporting documents were secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction procedures, data presentation and conclusion drawing as well as data verification. The results of the study show that the leadership of the head of MAN 1 Metro is carried out through the ability to influence the teacher, the ability to give orders to the teacher, the ability of the teacher, and his ability to create teacher self-confidence. Each of these stages is carried out by the head of MAN 1 Metro, but it is not optimal. The performance of MAN 1 Metro teachers based on data analysis is quite good.
