Abstract

Based on the background of the problems described above, the research focuses on the quality of education services based on quality standards of education services at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung with a sub focus on 5 dimensions of service quality at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung which consists of; Quality of education services in the tangibles aspect Quality of educational services in the aspect of empathy (empathy) Quality of education services in the aspect of Reliability Quality of education services in the aspect of Responsiveness. The results of this study are suggested to be used as a source of reference and additional information for future researchers, regarding service quality to customer satisfaction. In further research, other variables outside the 5 dimensions can be added or even using other dimensions of service quality as independent variables. The development of the world of education today has brought the world of education, especially in senior high schools, to experience very tight competition, high schools as institutions providing formal education are one of the service industries.
