MANAJEMEN TAHFIDZ AL-QUR'AN DALAM MEMBENTUK PENGHAFAL AL-QUR'AN YANG MUTQIN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the management of tahfidz of the Koran in forming mutqin memorizers of the Koran. The tahfid management includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that MTS Nurul Islam Jatiagung has implemented learning management which includes (1) tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning planning to achieve memorization targets: first, determining memorization targets; second, to formulate a selection system for prospective musyrifs who will guide students in halqoh of the Koran; third, formulating a student selection system in terms of the ability to memorize the Koran; fourth, determine the time allocation; fifth, formulating a special program to help achieve targets. (2) Organizing the learning of tahfidz of the Koran to achieve memorization targets is carried out to determine the structure and tasks of the ustadz/ustadzah and determine the tahfizh learning groups consisting of 8 to 10 students. (3) The implementation of learning the tahfidz of the Koran to achieve effective and conducive memorization targets includes class management in halqoh of the Koran and learning activities of tahfizh of the Koran. (4) Evaluation of learning the tahfidz of the Koran to achieve the target of memorization by looking at the learning outcomes of the students and the ability of the students according to the indicators determined by the school.
