Pengaruh Budaya dan Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Metro. The method used in this study was a survey using a purposive sampling technique on 100 teachers in 5 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Metro in the Greater Jakarta area. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression tests.
The results of the study show that organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Metro. A positive organizational culture can motivate teachers to work better and collaborate with colleagues, while high work motivation can motivate teachers to achieve organizational goals and provide quality Islamic education.
In this case, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Metro management can improve the quality of Islamic education produced by creating a positive organizational culture and providing appropriate support and incentives to increase teacher motivation. Good management policies can help improve teacher performance in providing quality Islamic education and forming good student character. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education and the management of educational institutions in Indonesia.
