This study aims to analyze the implementation of school principal supervision in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMPIT Nur Hidayah Lubuk Alung, as well as constraints and strategies that can be implemented to optimize its implementation. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal at SMPIT Nur Hidayah Lubuk Alung has been carried out routinely and in a structured manner using several different supervision methods and techniques to improve the quality of Islamic education in schools. However, there are still some obstacles in its implementation, such as limited human resources, lack of planning and time management, and lack of support and participation from teachers and administrative staff. Therefore, school principals can optimize the implementation of supervision by implementing effective strategies, such as increasing human resources through training and developing teacher professionalism, as well as improving time management by creating a planned and structured supervision schedule. In order to improve the quality of Islamic education at SMPIT Nur Hidayah Lubuk Alung, it requires continuous efforts and commitment from all related parties to continue to make improvements and innovations in the implementation of supervision, human resource development, time management, and synergy between all parties at school.
