UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI SMP NURUL QODIRI TIYUH TOHOU

Abstract

This research aims to identify obstacles and challenges in improving the quality of human resources at SMP Nurul Qodiri Tiyuh Tohou and formulate recommendations to overcome these obstacles and challenges. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that there are several obstacles and challenges in improving the quality of human resources at SMP Nurul Qodiri Tiyuh Tohou, such as the minimal use of technology, lack of training and development of teacher competencies, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that SMP Nurul Qodiri Tiyuh Tohou optimize the use of existing resources, provide regular training and development of teacher competencies, provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, organize activities that can accommodate the diverse needs of students, and improve communication and cooperation with parents and the community. It is hoped that these recommendations can assist SMP Nurul Qodiri Tiyuh Tohou in improving the quality of human resources and achieving the desired educational goals.
