GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 31 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022-2023

Abstract

Islamic education management has an important role in improving student discipline in schools. Planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the management of Islamic education must be carried out in an integrated and sustainable manner in order to effectively improve student discipline. The principal's leadership style also plays an important role in creating a disciplined and conducive school environment. Good and effective supervision can help monitor teacher and student performance, as well as provide strict sanctions to students who violate rules and regulations. Regular evaluation is also needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Islamic education management in improving student discipline. Thus, Islamic education management has a very important role in creating a disciplined and conducive school environment for students. This can help students to achieve better performance and improve the quality of Islamic education in schools.

The purpose of this article is to discuss some of the principal leadership styles that are effective in increasing student achievement. By discussing this, it is hoped that it will provide a better understanding of the role of the principal in improving the quality of education, and how the appropriate leadership style of the principal can help achieve this goal.
