PERAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALISME GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI UPT SMP NEGERI 31 KECAMATAN SUKABUMI BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the role of teacher professionalism competency in improving the learning achievement of students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject and to evaluate the effectiveness of utilizing information technology as a learning source in enhancing students' learning outcomes in PAI subject. The research method used is literature study by collecting and analyzing data from various related sources.
The results of the study show that teacher professionalism competency plays an important role in improving the learning achievement of students in PAI subject. PAI teachers who have adequate competencies in presenting teaching materials, developing innovative learning methods, implementing effective evaluations, and accommodating the needs of students can provide a better learning experience for the students.
In addition, the utilization of information technology as a learning source can also improve students' learning outcomes in the PAI subject. Information technology can facilitate students in accessing information and allow them to learn independently and interactively.
To improve the learning achievement of students in the PAI subject, it is recommended that PAI teachers develop better professionalism competencies and utilize information technology as an effective learning source. This is expected to improve the quality of PAI learning and enhance the competitiveness of students in the digital era.
