Abstract
Human resource management for educators and education staff is very important to improve performance and achieve predetermined educational goals. Recruitment planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising are aspects that must be considered in human resource management for educators and education staff.
In planning recruitment, educational institutions must pay attention to the needs and characteristics of the desired candidate by making a job analysis and clear job descriptions. Organizing must include the division of tasks and responsibilities, the formation of work teams, and the creation of an effective organizational structure.
Implementation of human resources includes skills and competency development, training, and career development to improve HR performance. Meanwhile, supervision must be carried out to ensure that human resources carry out their duties and responsibilities properly and in accordance with established standards.
By carrying out good human resource management for educators and education staff, educational institutions can improve HR performance and achieve predetermined educational goals.
