This research aims to examine the implementation of work culture and work motivation in improving the performance of teachers at SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung, South Teluk Betung District, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is mixed-methods research, by combining quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection is done using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis is carried out using statistical analysis techniques and thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of work culture and work motivation has a positive influence on the performance of teachers at SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung. Factors that influence the implementation of work culture and work motivation include management support, effective communication, and conducive working environment. The impact of the implementation of work culture and work motivation is increased motivation and enthusiasm of teachers, as well as improved student learning outcomes. Strategies that can be implemented to improve the implementation of work culture and work motivation include improving communication and participation, training and competency development, as well as recognition and appreciation. Thus, the implementation of work culture and work motivation can be a key factor in improving the performance of teachers at SMPN 6 Bandar Lampung, South Teluk Betung District, Bandar Lampung.
