This study aims to evaluate the influence of teachers' perception of school leadership and discipline on the performance of teachers at MTSS Nurul Falah in Batang Asai Sub-district, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. The research method used in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The study sample consisted of 32 teachers at MTSS Nurul Falah. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques. The results of the study concluded that based on the questionnaire results from 32 respondents of 42 statements with 5 answer options: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between teachers' perception of school leadership on teacher performance with rx2y 0.335, t = 5.326, β = 0.164. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between discipline and teacher performance with rx2y = 0.629, β = 0.036, t = 4.147. 3) there is a positive influence between teachers' perception of school leadership and discipline on teacher performance with rcount = 0.343, rtable = 0.287, Fcount = 3.595, β = 0.039. In conclusion, if teachers' perception of school leadership improves, their performance also improves, and vice versa. Therefore, teachers' perception of school leadership needs to be further improved to enhance their performance. Meanwhile, teachers who are more disciplined in carrying out their duties tend to have better performance, but if they lack discipline in their work, their performance may not be good. Teachers' perception of school leadership and discipline together positively influence teacher performance, and vice versa
