IMPLEMENTASI BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH FUTUHIYYAH OGAN KOMERING ILIR

Abstract

The implementation of counseling guidance in the development of the character of students' morality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Futuhiyyah Ogan Komering Ilir is crucial to shape good character among students. This research aims to explore and describe in detail the implementation of counseling guidance in developing the character of students' morality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Futuhiyyah Ogan Komering Ilir. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with interview, observation, and document study techniques to collect data. The results show that the implementation of counseling guidance in the development of students' morality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Futuhiyyah Ogan Komering Ilir is carried out through several steps, namely problem identification, goal setting, selection of counseling techniques and methods, counseling implementation, and evaluation. The obstacles faced in the implementation of counseling guidance are the lack of time and counselors, as well as the lack of support from the school and parents of students. Efforts that can be made to overcome these obstacles are by increasing the number of counselors, improving the role and support of the school and parents, and utilizing technology for counseling implementation. This research is expected to contribute to the development of counseling guidance programs in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Futuhiyyah Ogan Komering Ilir, particularly in terms of developing the character of students' morality.
