STUDI TENTANG PEMBINAAN AKHLAK PADA PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMPN 5 TALANG UBI PALI SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

Efforts made by PAI extracurricular activity coaches in fostering the noble character of students at SMPN 5 Talang Ubi Pali. To discuss the problems raised, data were collected in the field using observation, documentation and interview techniques. The sources of data obtained were the Head of School, Deputy Head of School, supervisor of PAI extracurricular activities, Head of Administration and students. The collected data is then processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification, then conclusions are drawn and analyzed qualitatively. After conducting an analysis of the data obtained, the results showed that there were 11 forms of PAI extracurricular activities developed at SMPN 5 Talang Ubi Pali and all of them lead to efforts to develop students' morals. The efforts made by superintendents of extracurricular activities in fostering students include efforts to instill and awaken religious beliefs, instill good social ethics in the family environment, community environment and school environment and instill good habits in the form of discipline, responsibility, conducting social relations and carrying out ritual worship.
