MANAJEMAN PEMBINAAN ASRAMA DALAM MENINGKATKAN AKHLAKUL KARIMAH DAN KEDISIPLINAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN
Abstract
Moral education is the main element of education which is a benchmark for the success of every educated person. Because it is clear that the output or practice of applying a learner's knowledge can be seen from everyday behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach. While the method used in this research is descriptive research method. The data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation techniques. This participatory observation technique is carried out to observe the geographic location in the form of a location plan and environmental conditions. Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya is an Islamic educational institution that focuses on useful practices and efforts that can be felt directly by the community. The efforts of the Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Boarding School in forming akhlakul karimah, namely by openly reciting tabigh and teaching.
