Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the discipline, morals, and responsibilities of a student are applied through the Hidden Curriculum in developing Soft Skills for Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Students, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This research is a field study (Field Research) and includes a type of qualitative research. The source of data in research is the subject from which the data is obtained. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the concept and application of the Hidden Curriculum in the Soft Skill development of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin students in Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung lies in the application of positive values ​​that are always instilled which are implemented, namely: Sincerity, Simplicity, Independence, Ukhuwah Islamiyyah, Big Spirit . The existence of a hidden curriculum has an effect on changes in student behavior. The scope of the application of the Hidden Curriculum in the development of soft skills in MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung. Sincerity; is the base of all souls and the key to the acceptance of charity in the sight of Allah SWT.
