PENYESUAIAN DIRI SANTRI PUTRI BARU PADA PERATURAN DAN KEGIATAN WAJIB DI PONDOK PESANTREN HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adjustment of new female students to mandatory regulations and activities at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This research approach is qualitative research, with descriptive qualitative research type. The subjects in this study were new female students of Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The results of the study show that the factors that influence the adjustment of female students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Islamic Boarding School are a. factors that arise from within a child. Emotional and mental conditions, low motivation and interest in learning. Emotional conditions that are still very unstable will certainly greatly affect the mindset of a child in the process of self-adjustment. factors that arise from the environment in which a child associates, such as the community environment, the school environment, where each of these environments will provide a variety of experiences and teach someone how to socialize.
