Abstract

The issue of education funding or funding is very important in the implementation of learning program financing. The processing of the implementation of learning in school institutions will work effectively if it is supported by good financing. But not only that, existing financial management must be good and clear so that these funds can be used optimally. In addition, financial management supervision needs to be carried out to minimize errors that may occur. The purpose of this study is to find out about the management of financing in Madang Jaya Elementary School regarding sources of financial accountability funds. The methods used in this research are research, documentaries and interviews with the people involved. From the data obtained, the financial system at Madang Jaya Elementary School has not fulfilled what was expected because the funding system only comes from the government and what is obtained cannot meet the financing needs that exist in schools because there are only a few students. The BOS funds issued by the government only adjusted the number of students in the school. Funds received can only meet the National Education Standards, including Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, Process Standards, Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Education Financing Standards, and Educational Assessment Standards, except for Educators and Education Personnel Standards. But in reality, there is a discrepancy between the financing contained in the RKAS and the results of its implementation; the obstacles are the limited funds received from the government, schools cannot charge parents of students, and the small number of students.
